14 мая на One Show Award Ceremony, которая проходила в Alice Tully Hall в Lincoln Center, были вручены награды One Show 2010
Звезды и VIP-персоны мира рекламы, кино, телевидения и медиа присутствовали на вручении наград One Show 2010 - Ben McKenzie, Carol Alt, Nigel Barker, Paige Davis, Jerry Della Femina, Mary Knight, Roxy Olin, Kevin Roddy (BBH), Jimmy Smith (TBWA) and Mary Warlick (директор One Club).
Главный приз фестиваля – Best of Show - получило агентство BBH/London за рекламу Johnnie Walker “The Man Who Walked Around the World” . Шестиминутный ролик был снят одним кадром. В нем принимал участие известный в Шотландии актер Robert Carlyle. Кроме главной награды ролик получил Золото в категории «Branded Content - Single».
Всего жюри One Show было вручено 23 Золотых, 38 Серебряных и 27 Бронзовых Карандашей. Общее количество поданных в этом году работ на One Show около 20 000.
По уточненным данным жюри три!!! российских финалиста получили Merit Awards:

Merit Awards на One Show вручаются как поощрение за заслуги и признание достоинств финалистов. В этом году впервые награды Green Pencil удостоились студенческая работа. Награду Green Pencil, которая вручается за выдающиеся работы в области защиты окружающей среды, получили Berghs School of Communication (Школа Коммуникаций Берга) и шведский Stockholm University (Универститет Стокгольма). Студентов отметили за их выдающийся креативный концепт для MillionTreesNYC, программы, целью которой было посадить и вырастить около одного миллиона деревьев в пяти районах Нью-Йорка в течение следующих десяти лет.
После церемонии награждения One Show все участники мероприятия переместились на After Party в элитный многоуровневый ночной клуб Providence.
